Motorcycle Safety Tips
Always wear a helmet! A helmet is essential for safe riding. Ride defensively. Do not assume you can be seen by drivers on the road. Motorcycles are smaller than cars and you can easily slip into a drier’s blind spot. Keep your lights on when riding and try to wear bright or reflective clothing. When riding, do so defensively. This means give yourself plenty of room to make turns and changes lanes, driving within the speed limit and assuming drivers won’t be able to see what you’re doing.
Motorcycles may be fun, but they are incredibly dangerous. Unfortunately, other motorists often don’t see the, which puts them at a greater risk for accidents.
