Don’t follow too closely behind the vehicle in front of you. Leave at least one car length per 10 miles per hour of speed between you and the car in front of you gives you more reaction time and helps prevent collisions. It is important to increase your following distance at higher speeds, at night, and in hazardous conditions, like rain and snow.
The road is a dangerous place. If you or a loved one has been involved in a car crash, you should seek legal counsel. Call the personal injury attorneys at Ringstad Law Office, P.C. to see how we can help you.
