On April 24, Alaska State Troopers responded to a hit and run accident on Old Steese Highway involving two ATV’s. Investigation revealed a four wheeler was towing a three wheeler resulting the three wheeler to collide and eject the rider. The rider suffered serious injuries and was transported to Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. The driver of the four wheeler fled the scene and has not been located.
