|

On August 13, Alaska State Troopers and Sterling EMS responded to a motor vehicle collision at Milepost 164 Sterling Highway. Investigation revealed the driver of a Ford Focus lost control on wet roads, over corrected and then left the roadway colliding with the ditch.  A passenger was transported to South Peninsula Hospital with injuries.  Speed is believed to be a factor.

Report taken from Alaska State Troopers Dispatch.
