On June 25, Alaska State Troopers were notified of an aircraft crash near Butterfly Lake near Houston. Investigation revealed the aircraft lost power and crashed near the lake. Another aircraft in the area was able to land at a nearby lake and transported the pilot and 2 passengers to Anchorage for treatment for their injuries.
