On June 29, Alaska State Troopers responded to a single vehicle crash near Ketchikan. The driver of the vehicle was declared deceased at the scene. One of the five passengers sustained serious injuries and was transported to a hospital in Anchorage for treatment of injuries. Four other passengers were evaluated at Peachtree Medical Center in Ketchikan for their injuries.
