ATV Safety Tips
Always wear safety gear. Helmets, gloves, boots, googles – the works. There are no seatbelts on an ATV and flipping over is a lot easier than you might think. Be prepared and go home intact.
ATV’s are at greater risk for accidents. They are much smaller and far less protected from collisions as well as obstructions. If you have been in an ATV accident, you may be entitled to compensation for your pain and suffering, lost wages, medical expenses, and emotional distress.
