Vehicle Safety Tips:
Make sure your tires are in tip-top condition. You can’t prevent what others will do, but you can do your best to set yourself up for a quick reaction time. If you need to slam on your brakes or change lanes quickly, you will need good tread on your tires.
Pay attention to those around you. Be prepared for unpredictable lane changes, sudden stops, tailgating, swerving or other bad driving behavior. This means checking your mirrors frequently and looking further down the road.
